Prior to joining OPBA, Mrs. Luciani was the Administrative Operations Specialist for the Office of Management and Budget. As Operations Specialist, she managed the Department Director’s office, assisted as the Procurement, Travel and Finance Liaison, coordinated with staff for review of the Agenda of the Board of County Commissioners and prepared all fiscal impact statements for Commissioner-sponsored agenda items. Mrs. Luciani also assisted within the Office of the Mayor providing administrative support to the Deputy Mayor coordinating departmental items, resolutions, contracts, professional service agreements and reports for presentation to the Board of County Commissioners and its subcommittees. In addition to her role as Deputy Chief, Mrs. Galvez is also the budget lead on the County’s long-awaited implementation of the Enterprise Resources Planning system . Mrs. Galvez provides direction to the implementation team and recommends business process changes to help streamline current departmental workflows in an effort to improve departmental operations. She also serves as the Budget Liaison on the project’s executive steering committee.
