I actually started laughing and John did understand the reason for my laughter. I asked if a money tree came with the install and he didn't get the joke. Once I finished laughing, I told John point blank there is no way I could afford that. He then told me we could qualify for financing and for the low low price of $1297 a month, we could have a new roof. John then gets a little antsy and says they have a 'special' deal that was good for 'one day only'. He took a few minutes to draw up this deal and came back with a 'one day deal' of $24, 000 for the same roof quote.

Did they provide a good value for their service? They do provide a good product as far as I know. Their installation team was effective and fast. The problem is that once they ruin something in your house, good luck trying to get them. Just bring me my window and I will have a competent installer put your faulty windows in. Still waiting for repairs on my other brand new windows to be done.

Called the company to rectify the problem and never got a call back from Tyler or anyone else. I will be calling HQ and our local news to report them. Our first salesman, Bob was great along with all of the installers. I gave POWER'S name to friends because the first windows installed went perfectly, but after the screw up, I told them toss the number. We can not get “ Warranty Work” done in a timely manner. The quality of workmanship was poorly installed.

We were very pleased with the slider windows compared to double hung windows, that we originally had. I did have my windows replaced by Power in July 2012, and the windows themselves are fine. But I do believe at this point that they were WAY overpriced.

Secondly everything about this company is a lie. They lie during the interview about the job, they teach you how to lie to unsuspecting homeowners, and the best performers are simply the best liars who know how to scam people. The "marketers" get $100 a day to work and they have bonuses for daily/weekly/monthly goals on how many appointments you can make. I wouldn't call it marketing though, you're simply a door to door solicitor. The hours are long and if you have a long commute be ready for 12+ hour work days.

4 months later the siding was falling off in the back. Now it's also falling apart in the front. They've been out once to do nothing apparently and now we have to wait until November or December for them to maybe fix the problem. They destroyed our property while on site, however those things were replaced. No one came by to check the quality of the work.

They did pick up most of the roof trash, but left their lunch and snack trash everywhere. There is cups, plasticware, bottles, coke can... I got 13 windows + 1 backdoor installed by Power Home Remodeling for $21k. The sell guy did his calculations on a paper $15k for windows and $6k for the door. When I ask him to give me that paper with all numbers on it, he refused, and told me he would give me the formal document after I signed all documents. At the end, I found that the formal document did not have any detail, just a final number that he quoted.

The original door to door sales people made me feel at ease in explaining the free estimate and explanation of services. The sales person who came in and did the estimates was amazing! He put my mind at ease in regards to the legitimacy of the company.

This may not seem like much, but when you're already spending $14,000+ it's not something you want to hear. My initial install date was mid August, but they cut a window with an arch incorrectly, so day one starts with a warranty claim to get the correct window. The second visit to replace the arch window was done in mid-September, but they cut the exact same arch which was incorrect again. Today, October 11th, they showed up to do the final install of the arch and it was surprisingly correct. After getting the final window installed I mentioned to the workers that I was told my windows would be cleaned afterword since they weren't on any of the prior visits. I was put on hold and when they came back they lied and said this conversation never happened and that I was wrong.

The Simonton can be installed at around 420 per window. If for some reason you decide to buy their product and want to cancel good luck with that. They say they are sending out a currier with the paper work for you to sign its just another rep to try and get you not to sign. Ask one of their reps what they pay for the windows they use, its about $130.00 per window. Also they will tell you their installers are all Power employees they are not they are subcontractors.

We would definitely hire them again for another project. Job was completed on time and professionally installed. Although one window frame was cracked but the lead tech said he would order window and come back and install. The installers were prompt and courteous. As a retired electrician I was impressed with the solar installation, and the windows are beautiful. 5 sunroom and 2 bathroom windows were replaced with new hurricane windows.

We had a separate install day for the front door and once again the man was professional and courteous and did a wonderful job with the installation of the door. He also helped with looking at the front and the back outside and inside door framing and helped me make some decisions there. The woman came who came out to do the final inspection was amazing and we went ahead and signed up to have the back door done too. She was able to save me over $3000 for the back door installation. I do not have one complaint about this company, their staff, or their products. The team had our eleven windows installed in 4 1/2 hours and they were hard working and polite as well as professional in every way, answering any questions, we had.

The windows and siding look beautiful; however I have had major issues with the French Doors since the install 18 months ago. Power Home Remodeling has been out to look at the French Doors 7 times since then, they have... I purchased windows and doors through your company June of 2021 I have had defective windows and a door since purchased products. I started having issues in September of 2021. Power does not commit to their appointed time and day to come and install my window.

Installers were polite and professional. I already got two estimates from the local boys, and will get a third this Spring. I don't need a shady company out of Chester, PA. 10 years after the initial posy and you reply with a comment to take down their post? I probably would have never seen this person's complaint if it didn't have recent activity on it.

The staff explained in full detail the job that was being done. The windows they replaced were high quality. They explained all the steps of installation.

Dispite some unforeseen issues during install due to the age of the property, the issues were able to be worked out and corrected and looks beautiful once completed. The overall process was very straight forward. The teams kept me updated at every step of the project.

One window was missing and one window was broken. The installer told me I had to sign off so that the “fix” could be handled in a few weeks. The missing window was installed in April.
